The steering regulator installed in the Maserati Khamsin is a centrifugal regulator that provides steering assistance—via hydraulic pressure—based on vehicle speed.
Due to the high operating pressures and the often-extended periods of inactivity of the LHM hydraulic fluid used, these steering regulators are prone to leaks.
The repair kit developed by LP contains all the wear parts required for the overhaul and sealing of the unit.
