Car restoration starts with the separation of body and chassis and complete disassembly to allow full transparency and to ensure full protection of all cavities later on.
Bodies are dip-cleaned and dip-primered. Though this process is extremely costly, it guarantees the most careful and efficient cleaning and resistance to corrosion. Perfect restoration and sealing (protection) of the body has top priority.
Over the past years we have established an excellent network of contractors and subcontractors, especially for bodywork, overhaul of brake systems, upholstery, and painting. They all work to the highest standards to ensure top quality.
No one of our suppliers operates at a further distance than 50 km from our workshop. This allows for close interaction, immediate response and excellent communication.
During the restoration a large photographic report of all detail work is prepared. This is updated weekly, including information on budget spending, and made available to the customer. Password-protected access enables our customers to track the progress of their restoration project online at any time.
Systematic capacity planning, stringent project management and an optimised workflow ensures high efficiency and compliance with time schedules.
Upon completion of the restoration and in agreement with the customer the car will be thoroughly tested, driven and handed over to the owner after final inspection.
