Worn cylinder heads are one of the biggest challenges when restoring Maserati 6-cylinder twin-ignition engines.

Today, cylinder heads are very often in the worst possible condition. Corrosion, warping or improper processing can often no longer be repaired reliably and sustainably, even at great expense.

Compression and pressure drop measurements on the heads that have been put into operation so far have so far shown almost unimaginably constant measured values. Pulling power and power development are at a previously unattainable level.
